Homeowners: Coverage is provided for your home and separate structures like a detached garage, swimming pool, or a decorative fence. Separate structures at the same location as your home (other than those used for business purposes) are covered for 10% of the value of your home, higher limits available. Coverage is provided on a Named Perils basis. These perils are listed below.
